Amazon’s Kindle Matchbook Program is Now Live!

by Nicolai on October 30, 2013

Amazon’s Matchbook program allows publishers to offer Kindle ebooks at a deep discount, or even free, to purchasers of the print versions. I am pretty excited by this as it was something I wanted to do from day one and I’ve gone ahead and enabled Matchbook on ALL Empty-Grave titles. Anyone purchasing a print edition of an Empty-Grave release is now entitled to a FREE Kindle version–usable on Kindle devices or the Kindle app for all other smart devices.

This program is awesome enough as it is but Amazon, as always, has gone the extra mile. The Kindle Matchbook program is completely retroactive! If you’ve previously purchased an Empty-Grave title from Amazon–EVER–you can now download the ebook for free. Below is a link to more information as well as a handy button that will analyze your print edition purchases over the last 18 years and create a list of any Matchbook discounts and free downloads you are entitled to. I recommend running that report every so often because more publishers will probably be signing up for the Matchbook program in the future.
